Site Restoration

Our restoration services are designed to stabilize the land and minimize sediment runoff effectively, transforming the aftermath of construction projects into well-vegetated sites.

Our Key Site Restoration Services

  • Our mulch blankets serve as a protective layer for disturbed soil, preventing erosion and promoting the establishment of vegetation. When combined with seed and fertilizer, these blankets create an ideal environment for seeds to germinate, providing a natural and effective solution to restore the landscape.

Mulch Blankets vs. Straw Blowing

Straw-blowing and mulch blankets aim to control sediment runoff and promote healthy growth in areas without vegetation. Despite their similarities, their application process, longevity, and overall cost-effectiveness are quite different.

Straw blowing is applied by shooting loose straw mulch over an area. It’s typically more cost-effective but doesn’t last nearly as long as a mulch blanket.

Mulch blankets consist of pre-made straw mats that are rolled out and staked down on the soil’s surface. The interwoven mesh netting makes mulch blankets more resilient to harsh weather conditions and better suited for long-term use.
